Samini to be sworn in as GIMPA SRC President today
As a reminder, Samini picked up paperwork to run for student body president in July and immediately released a video canvassing for votes.
Samini campaigned for the role of Student Representative Council President at GIMPA by posting a video online, in which he said he had the necessary leadership skills for the job and would thus rely on the votes, support, and corporation of the student body to win.
A week later, Samini was officially named the president-elect after receiving 95 more votes than his opponent.
