The member of Parliament for Assin Central constituency, Honorable Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has thrown more light on his ambition to become the next President of Ghana.
In a Guidance Conference organized by Kennedy Agyapong in Sunyani, he used the opportunity to tell the youths and also the people present the main reason why he wants to be president. According to Kennedy Agyapong, he believes that one can outshine his or her boss. He added that he has advised the government severally but they have failed to listen to him. Due to this, he has taken a decision to do something better than the NPP government and he believes that he can outshine them.
He added that the government has failed to listen to his advice on how to develop the country using tourism and also mechanization.
“Why is it that your workers personal work sometimes become better than your work. That is called outshine. So I don’t believe in 48 hours theory which says never outshine your boss. If you tell your suggestion to your boss and he doesn’t act on it, then you must save money and leave that work and establish your own work.”
“That is why I want to be president because I have been talking about tourism and mechanization for long but no one is listening to me. I think that if I am the president, I will make sure that these things work” he said.
