The sad demise of a person and the pain it causes cannot be compared to another pain in this world. Death indeed is a great enemy of man.
As the news of her demise broke out, most people who knew her couldn’t believe what they were hearing and would rather not believe it to be true.
But the issue, got worse, when the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Region Integration issue a statement to all officials at base and in foreign lands of the sad demise of one of their own, Eudora Quartey-Koranteng.
Mrs. Eudora Quartey-Koranteng until her sudden demise, was the Ambassador Extraordinaire of The Republic of Ghana to Italy.
She was appointed as an Ambassador to Italy in 2019, and afterwards, she presented her credentials to the President of The Republic of Italy in same year as she Represented Ghana In Italy.
Not only is she Ghana’s Ambassador to Italy. She concurrently has accreditation to Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro and thevFAO.
Her most recent encounter with the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was when he visited Serbia for the 60th Anniversary of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM). She earnestly hosted the President as he touched down in Serbia.
The sad demise of H.E Eudora Quartey-Koranteng and the void created as a result, duw to her unique character and personality will be felt by most people, especially those close to her and those who worked with her.
