Award-winning female artiste, Wendy Shay has revealed in an exclusive interview that the main reason why she collaborated with ‘Ataa Adwoa’ hitmaker, Bosom P-Yung on her ‘Emergency’ song is that he sings passionately about broken heart.
Wendy Shay speaking in a virtual chit chat with Cape Coast’s finest radio personality, Amansan Krakye on GBC Radio Central monitored by MyNews was asked what motivated her in deciding to feature Bosom P-Yung on her ‘Emergency’ song.
She revealed “Emergency is a song that came from a very deep place because if you look at the just ended quarantine how some loved ones were locked up in some places and how the rains have set in I felt this was the right time for a song like this.
“If you listened carefully to the song and how the words in the song were so touching and sorrowful I knew that the only person who could relate to the song was Bosom P-Yung. Because I listened to his Attaa Adwoa hit and other songs and I realized he’s the right person that I could feature on my emergency song.
“Because when it comes to love and broken heart songs if you want someone who can really sing it to perfection then it’s obviously Bosom P-Yung so that’s the main reason why I did that collaboration with him.”
