The feud between artistes and managers have been in existence since the entertainment industry was birthed on earth. It is no surprise that artistes in Ghana have also had a nasty parting of which some recover from and learn to bury the hatchet while others never reconcile and end up living with the consequences. Some of these feuds have occurred with Joyce Blessing and her former manager and husband, Fameye and Ogidi Brown and finally happened to Lilwin and his former manager Zack Gh. Recently the heat between the two got much worse when the Prophet Nigel Gaise gave a prophecy about Zack whom allegedly had worked out a ritual against Lilwin. Zack came out to clear the air in great distress that he has never had such a thought much more,perform such an act.
On June 19, 2020, Zack made an appearance on Showbiz Arena hosted by LCJ on Kumasi Online TV and in the name of chit-chat, the opportunity to dive into the matter presented itself. The credible artiste, producer and manager stated that their feud started almost a year ago, when he was disrespected by Lilwin in his attempt as a manager to correct the actor on his appearance on a show on UTV, without the indulgence of he, the manager. According to Zack, he was further accompanied by his colleague Topkay to visit Lilwin in his house that night, in attempt to fix the squabble between them. Unfortunately, it only led to more hurtful words from Lilwin, who stated that he can easily do without Zack, his manager. Lilwin further stated that Zack would not go far in the industry if he Lilwin decided stop working with him.
This incident begun the unfortunate separation between the two. As to why Lilwin suddenly turned a new leaf to make such statements to the man who helped him rise to stardom, is unknown and only he can attest to the hows and whys of such words from him. Zack stated on the show that he was deeply hurt at the time and all this only spiraled into a great misunderstanding between the two.
The situation only got worse when finally Prophet Nigel also added more fire to the heat with his prophecy, out of which Zack received death threats from the followers of Lilwin. Regardless of all that has happened between the two, Zack made it clear on the Showbiz Arena at Kumasi Online TV that he does not hate Lilwin despite all that has happened. That as a matter of fact he has forgiven Lilwin and holds no grudge. But unfortunately, the two shall never come back to work together as they used to due to the fact that he Zack, has moved on from the past. He wanted his fans to know that he never intended to cause any more problems than they already had by talking about the issue on radio or TV, but he was just being honest about the situation at hand at the time after a period of silence on the matter.
He wanted his fans to know that he never spoke out of spite but only told the truth. This is how he wanted the matter to end; that is, in peaceful coexistence between he and Lilwin as well as their fans. No more death threats nor fueling an issue of the past.
