Highlife artiste K.K. Fosu has been seen in a video performing his secular songs at Bishop Daniel Obinim’s church.
The video was recorded at the Accra branch of the International Godsway Church (IGWC).
Some of the songs he performed at the church were ‘Kyere Me’,’Obaapa’, and ‘Number 1’.
He also sang ‘Afunum Ba by Cecilia Marfo.
The church members, enthralled by KK Fosu’s performance, are seen swinging to the melodious love songs.
This is not the first time the musician has visited Obinim’s church. The last time he was seen performing to Obinim’s congregation was in 2017 when the ‘Angel’ celebrated his birthday.
Already, some have raised questions about the propriety of the church allowing KK to sing his secular songs during their service.
However, this is not alien to Obinim and his church. The International Godsway Church is noted for performing secular songs. In the past their church band has performed songs like Atom’s ‘Yewo Krom,’ Captain Planet’s ‘Obinim Sticker’ and others.
KK Fosu, who is also into football management, has launched a strong comeback in the music industry after going on hibernation for a while.
