At the signing of the partnership deal between Zylofon Media and Watch & Dine Cinema with all the Kumawood movie industry stakeholders present at the event, Nana Brew, a board member of ZAF gave an insight of the fund.
Nana Brew, speaking at the event said emphatically the requirements for securing the fund as a movie producer.
According to him, a movie which doesn’t project the true values of Ghana or Africa would be denied access to the fund for the movie producer. As if this is enough, he further revealed to the movie producers that in order for them too receive funds from the ZAF, their movies should have quality pictures, videos, good storyline , good sound etc.
So far, information available to Kumasionlinegh.com states that Evangelist Samuel Nyamekye is the first movie producer to have successfully accessed the fund. A chunk of it has gone into his soon-to-be-released movies Kuborlor and Justice .
