Western Music Award winner, Kofi Kerra has placed his hood on top of potential music communities which are likely to take over the industry in Ghana.
To him, there is no single community which can be compared to Takoradi (Taadi) when it comes to producing good artistes in the industry.
“There is no single community in Ghana which has more potential superstars than ‘Taadi’ as we speak. We shall take over Ghana music few years to come; we are the best and will surely dominate”. The young talented Fante rapper and singer told us Syxtus Eshun in an exclusive interview.
According to him, looking at artistes like, Kofi Kinata, Papy Kojo, Nero X, Singlet, Afezy Perry, Ayesem with their current performance in the industry, is a clear indication that, music in the Oil City is again resurrecting.
“Just as our legends like Gyadu Blay Ambulay, C.K Man, Papa Yankson, A.B Crenstil and others took over music in the country we are going to do it once again. This will also let our legends know that, indeed we appreciate their efforts to uplift our hood” He bragged.
Kofi Kerra is currently one of the biggest young artistes in Takoradi. He has produced music with artistes like Nero X, Singlet, Afezy Perry, and Jay 10 from Zambia among others and shared stage with them as well BET award winner Stonebwoy.
The “Odo Papa Bi” hit maker also urged his fellow artistes in his interview to work hard to uplift the image of their hood to international recognition.
