Deputy National Chairperson of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Anita De-soso’s apology to party founder John Jeremiah Rawlings at the June 4 event seem to have pitched her on a warpath with the former first family.
The controversial politician’s gesture of kneeling before the party founder to ask for forgiveness on behalf of the NDC has since generated a lot of confusion between the party, herself and the former first family.
From former president Rawlings’ admonition that she should stop bleaching through to her response that the former president admired her and the recent pronouncements by Mr. Rawlings in which he labelled her a crook at an event, the former Deputy National Disaster Management Ogrnaisation (NADMO) Coordinator seems to have gotten it to the hilt and has decided to spill the beans.
According to her, the former first lady fell out with her because she refused to condone her ‘evil deeds’.
She explained on Accra based Okay Fm, monitored by MyNewsGh.com that there were some errands the former first lady asked her to run for her and she refused because she deemed them bad
While describing the former first lady as a bad woman who is leading her husband into a ditch, she denied ever kneeling before the former first lady to beg her for any favour as put out by Mr. Rawlings recently.
Anita De’sosoo noted that the Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings did not support her while she was contesting for the national women’s organiser position of the NDC, adding that after she emerged victorious, the former first lady wanted to induce her with cash so that she would kowtow to her ‘evil’ manipulations.
