Ghanaian highlife/Hiplife artist Kofi Kinaata has disclosed that he is a reincarnated born.
The multiple award-winning artiste who won the Vodafone Ghana Award (VGMA) songwriter of the year has shared the secret of his lyrical prowess.
While speaking in an interview on Citi 97.3 FM, Kofi Kinaata made a hilarious comment which got the host cracking up. According to him, he uses great lyrics in his songs because he has been in the world before, hence a reincarnated being.
“I have been here (World) before….I am a reincarnate”.
When asked if he ever lived with any of his grandparents which has been the motivation behind his lyrics, the “Things fall apart” hitmaker stated that he never lived with any of his grandparents because he never met them alive.
“I don’t even know my grandparents, I never saw them…they died before I was born… I lived with my parents…I grew up in a compound house in Takoradi…I was very inquisitive…I like asking a lot of questions “.
