The 2022 FIFA World Cup finals produced one of the thrilling and entertaining games the globe has ever seen.
In a game that pitted two former world champions, France and Argentina, it brought the stadium to light with some glittering skills much to the amusement of the teeming fans present at the Stadium.
Argentina prevailed over France via the penalty shootouts after the entire game ended 3-3 plus extra time.
In the third place game, Croatia beat Morocco 2-1 at the Khalifa International Stadium to pick bronze and that made a second successive semi final place finish at the World Cup.
Dejan Lovren is Croatian international and he expressed delight at winning the bronze medal at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Morocco goalkeeper, Yassine Bounou can only feel proud of the Atlas Lions’ fine run to a new African record of finishing fourth. It was the country’s first ever semi final place finish.
