According to Asempa FM sports, the Ghana Football Association is interested in hiring former Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund coach Thomas Tuchel as the next Black Stars coach.
The German coach is out of work after being fired by English Premier League powerhouse Chelsea earlier this season for poor performance.
Tuchel, who formerly managed French Ligue 1 powerhouse Paris Saint-Germain, is a top target for the Ghana Football Association.
According to sources, the Ghana FA has nominated the former Chelsea coach for the vacant Black Stars coaching position left vacant by Otto Addo’s retirement after the World Cup.
Ghana FA wants him to take over because they feel he is the best guy for the job with the Black Stars.
