The National Democratic Congress, NDC, and their National Chairman, Dr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo are hard hit with sad news.
The hard working chairman who seeks reelection has lost his beloved mother today, October 31 2022.
Chairman Samuel Ofosu Ampofo revealed this in his Facebook post sighted by real global.
In the said post with a picture of Chairman Ofosu Ampofo and his late mother, he announced the death of his 84 year old mother whose sad incidence occurred at the Koforidua Regional Hospital.
“It is with extreme sadness that I announce the death of my beloved mother Mary Gyawubea Badu (popularly known as Auntie Mary), in the early morning of today Monday 31st of October, 2022 at Koforidua Regional Hospital. She was 84 years. May her soul find eternal rest” – the statement read.
His post has since received numerous condolences from the ranks and files of the party, as well as party faithfuls and Ghanaians entirely.
Auntie Mary, May your Soul Rest In Perfect Peace. Let’s wish the family our condolences.
