The founder and leader of the Christ Miracle Power Mission sited at Dome in the Greater Accra Region, Very Rev Anthony Kwarteng has stressed the need for Ghanaians to stop attacking President Nana Akuffo Addo over the alleged recent statement he made in Kumasi.
The president is alleged to have stated that he don’t care if Ghanaians would vote against the Npp in the 2024 general elections and brings in the Ndc if they think their roads have been constructed.
The president allegedly made the statement during his recent four days official visit to the Ashanti Region at the Otec FM radio station.
That was not all, the man of God further took turn to plead with Ghanaians to stop descending on Okyehene Osagyefuo Amoatia Panin over his alleged “villagers and witches statement he also made recently.
Reacting to the above issues, Rev Anthony Kwarteng expressed worry that since the two leaders allegedly made the separate l statements Ghanaians have gone angry.
The clergy said some Ghanaians have been allegedly using the social media platforms to express opinions that contradict human rights laws.
According to the humble servant of God the alleged attitudes that some Ghanaians have been showing in the recent times over the statements that both Nana Akuffo Addo and Okyehene made are not relevant.
In his opinion, Rev Anthony Kwarteng underscored that since to err is human hence he is pleading with Ghanaians to put an end to issue for the sake of peace and unity of the country.
Rev Anthony Kwarteng also urged Ghanaians to bury their differences and consider the alleged assertions from the president and Okyehene as a slippery of tongue.
Having pleaded with Ghanaians, Rev Anthony Kwarteng further charged our leaders to be circumspect in their when they get the mandate to address the public.
The man of God observed that the tongue is powerful and dangerous and that it can lead one to either victory or doom.
That is why people should be careful when dealing with each other.
Therefore as a representative of God, Very Rev Anthony Kwarteng said he finds it appreciate to admonish Ghanaians to control their tongues when they are speaking to each other.
Apparently to ensure unity and peaceful coexistence in the country.
