Controversial Actor Oboy Siki, whose real name is Nana Ofori Agyemang, has said that Nana Agradaa, also known as the Prophetess Mam Pat, is exactly like many others in Ghana.
Patricia Asieduaa, also known by her alias Nana Agradaa, a former high priestess, was arrested and remanded by the security forces last week after making headlines for another money double swindle.
Some members of the prophetess’s congregation said she had defrauded them in a series of videos that quickly gained traction online.
She was arrested for allegedly engaging in charlatanic advertising by promising to double the amount of money invested in her business.
Speaking on the program “Ka Na Wu” on Ghanaman TV, Oboy Siki asserted that the self-proclaimed prophetess’s actions were consistent with those of other men of God in the nation.
Oboy Siki says that Agradaa’s actions were acceptable. She is only following in the footsteps of other self-styled “men of God” by soliciting donations from the gullible in the name of Christianity.
Agradaa’s first demand was 1000ghc, however, the real price is more after you get at your destination.
It is not uncommon for some people to scrounge 1,000ghc or even the smallest coin from the churches they visit.
Oboy Siki asserted that the lady had picked up this information from the same “pastors, Apostles, and prophets” he had heard about.
