Here’s what you need to do according to health experts. Before going to bed, put 10 liters of warm water in a bucket and add a handful of salt and half a liter of ACV. Mix the well and then put your feet in the bucket and soak them until the water cools down. Afterwards, rinse the legs and then wrap them in a dry towel to keep them warm while sleeping or add an additional blanket over them. The next morning, put on slippers and don’t walk barefoot until you shower.
