“Ghana is Ready to Host The Rest of Africa” – Doctor Asare

The chairman of the 2023 African Games, Dr. Kwaku Ofosu Asare says the nation is ready to host the rest of continent next year.

Ghana will host the Africa Games with 13 sports disciplines to be competed for by hundreds of athletes from the continent.

Ghana is currently racing against time to host the festival due late preparations of the grounds for the tournament but Ghanaians have been assured that, the games will still go on.

In a related story, Translight Tennis Super Cup has started and it’s producing some spark in Accra.

The one week event is put together by Translight Solar with support from the Ghana Tennis Federation.

It is expected to last from 26th September to 1st October at the Accra Sports stadium’s tennis court.

Nana Poku Aidoo is the chief organizer and he spoke to Radio Gold Sports. The sport of tennis has gained traction for sometime now following investments in the sport over some period now.
