We don’t know what formed the bases of Wendy Shay’s new post on social media but from where we sit, it’s strictly infantile and duly deserves all the condemnation she got from Ghanaians.
According to the post she published on Twitter, Ghanaian artistes should be thankful that the world’s attention has shifted to Africa thanks to Nigerian artistes who are making Afrobeats very attractive.
She said;
GHANAIAN ARTISTES SHOULD THANK NIGERIANS ARTISTES, FOR BRINGING THE WORLD’S ATTENTION TO AFRICA …THROUGH AFROBEATS. GHANA WAKE UP!
Just like we mentioned in the introductory part of this report, her posture did little to impress netizens who came out to dig their fangs into her skin.

@ImmortenJoe – Africa has always had the world’s attention. Perhaps you should focus on creating some thing unique. Ghana has too much musical history to take a back seat. Let alone be told we need to be thanking others.
