Ghanaian singer and songwriter Francisca Gawugah well known as Sista Afia has disclosed that she has not gone under the knife to enhance her body.
Speaking in an interview on Y97.9 FM, ShoutsOnY, the artist debunked the rumors that she went through surgery to have her current curvy body shape.
“There are two types of procedures when it comes to enhancing the body. We have the non-surgical procedures and the surgical procedures and mine was the non-surgical procedure.”I haven’t gone under the knife – Sista Afia says
Sista Afia revealed that she only worked on her stomach area and waistline, and did not go through any form of surgery as rumored.
“It’s a machine that does it. You don’t have to be in an operating room to get that done so, I haven’t gone under the knife mine is just fat freezing,” she asserted.
“With this, you can still be on your phone while it’s being done. The only thing is this one takes time and it fluctuates too. Even as we speak, my stomach is coming out again and this is why some do the other procedures,” she noted.
The artist however hinted that although she is a nurse, she is scared of needles, another reason why she didn’t opt for a procedure that requires needles.
