Popular Ghanaian socialite Kwame Fordjour known well as Dr. UN has disclosed that he was beaten by random people including fake soldiers in public over the award program he organized.
Recall that Dr. UN organized a controversial award event called the Global Blueprint Excellence Awards. The awards organized saw a lot of important personalities like Berla Mundi, Sarkodie, D-Black, and a lot of heads of big organizations.
Dr. UN has disclosed how he was physically abused by some random people in town after he organized the fake awards. He added that some men who dressed as soldiers also beat him up after his fake award program went viral.
Speaking in an interview with blogger Zionfelix, Dr. UN recounted when he was abused by a young man in Kumasi when he decided to take a stroll in the tow. According to him, when the man saw him, he scream “this is the guy” and slapped him.
“Someone met me at Patasi and said this is the guy, this is the guy,’ and he slapped me. So I worry about walking alone”.
“Also, some soldiers met me at Techiman and I think they are fake. Someone had called me to launch his program for him, so I walked out to ease myself, and what I saw next were these people, who claimed to be soldiers, calling me. They weren’t wearing uniforms but they claimed they were soldiers,” he added.
“You are the criminal who have infiltrated our country and kidnapped people to sell. They said they were soldiers at Burma Camp and a whole lot of things. These ladies broke a branch from a tree and caned me on the back several times”, he recounted how the ‘fake’ soldiers abused him.
