John Mahama revealed that he led the delegation of the National Democratic Congress to the burial service of the late Mrs. Emily Akuffo at Akropong in the Eastern region. The question that most people will be asking now is, who is Mrs. Emily Akuffo. She is the wife of a former head of state, Lieutenant General Fred Akuffo. The former head of state, Lieutenant General Fred Akuffo, is dead.
Truth be told, the Former President, John Dramani Mahama, has been doing well when it comes to making appearances at funerals, weddings and other social events. This comes as a surprise especially when Ghanaians have voted against him on two occassions.
