Nana Aba Anamoah currently seems very interested in the affairs of the nation. She has in recent times reacted to politicians and their dealings. Today, she she took sometime off to react to Gabby Otchere-Darko’s twitter message about reinvesting in the Ghanaian economy.
Nana Aba Anamoah boldly referred to Gabby Otchere Darko’s post as ” The Chickens have come home to roost”. This is for a for a fact a blow to Gabby and his Party.
Why did she say this? Gabby Otchere-Darko on his Twitter account this morning was talking about the options that the government has in boosting the economy or bringing back the investor confidence in the Ghanaian economy.
He asked if reinvesting $3-5 billion will help or not? And with the 600m that the government is expecting from the E-levy, the government has not even raised up to 60m.
This in a nut shell means that, the government’s option to put the economy on its feet, which is the E-levy cannot help solve the problem at the moment.
Nana Aba Anamoah who seems to be following the Gabby Otchere Darko, has told him that their mistakes or bad policies implemented in the past have come back to haunt them.
She said this on her Facebook platform this morning. She wrote, “The chickens have come home to roost.” This idiomatic expression means that, the bad things that someone has done in the past have come back to bite or haunt the individual.
