A Presidential Staffer and Head of Social Media Team at the Presidency, Charles Nii Teiko Tagoe, has challenged the North Tongu MP, Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa, on his claims about the President Nana Akufo-Addo flying an expensive chartered jet out of Ghana.
According to Charles Nii Teiko, he was part of the team that saw the President off on Sunday around 7:30 at Ghana’s Kotoka International Airport. He noted that the President traveled with Air France and not a chartered jet. He said except otherwise the was a switch in the air, otherwise the President did not travel with a chartered flight
Mr Charles Nii Teiko stated in a post “On Sunday at 7:30pm I Charles Nii Teiko Tagoe, was at the Accra Kotoka International Airport to see President Akufo-Addo and his team off. I saw Mr. President with my own eyes when he was boarding Air France and it took off. Unless Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa is saying the pilot stopped in midair for Akufo-Addo to use a parachute to jump off James Bond style onto a private jet flying by. A baby with sharp teeth is always a baby with sharp teeth even after several expensive dental chiselling.
It would be recalled that Hon. Okudzeto made an allegation of the President returning to his luxurious lifestyle by traveling again with an expensive rented jet that will cause the Ghanaian taxpayer a lot of cedis around 4.1 million Ghana cedis.
