Ghana Black Stars return to the pitch on Tuesday for third place in the Kirin tournament. The Black Stars of Ghana were handed a beating by Japan and were only able to grab a consolation goal due to a mistake a Japanese defender made. Tuesday will present a chance for Otto Addo to return to winning ways by winning in the match against the La Roja of Chile.
The game will be played at 6:15 am and most Ghanaians will most likely not get the chance to watch the match but with this lineup, Ghanaians should remain calm as we can expect a win.
Manaf Nurudeen will most likely start for the Black Stars as his colleague Atizigi has had a poor performance most of the times he has been at the post with the previous match being a clear example.
Andy Yiadom might still be in the lineup again as he is the only right back on the team at the moment.
Baba Rahman might return to the left-back role as his position was taken by Dennis Korsah who had his debut for the Black Stars.
Daniel Amartey being the most experienced center back on the team will retain his position even though he struggled against Japan.
Alidu Seidu will also most likely be in the post for the match against Chile as a center-back.
Edmund Addo was given a center-back position in the match against Japan even though he is a midfielder but will most likely return to his original position for the match against Chile.
Fatawu Isshaku could be on the lineup even though he failed to impress in the match against Japan.
Daniel Afriyie Barnieh being one of the most highly-rated players in the Ghana Premier League should be handed a first-half lineup as he was a second-half substitute in the match against Japan.
Felix Afena Gyan could be on the starting line as he was a substitute in the previous match. His long-range ability could help Ghanaians against Chile.
Mohammed Kuddus who has been the only Black Stars player with the best performance recently was also poor against Japan but he would definitely make the squad against Chile,
Andre Ayew being one of the few players who did well against Japan will most likely captain the match against Chile.
