According to him, the ministry sees this happening after the CEO of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), Yofi Grant, and some Ghanaians paid a visit to the Tyler Perry Studios in the U.S.A.

He made this known in a submission he made on A to Z and in his submission, he said;

“We are pitching to the Tyler Perry team to consider Ghana if they have to build a studio outside the USA, that is the conversation now. The business development manager met the team and because of this conversation, she is coming to Ghana next month.”

Ghanaian actress, Beverly Afaglo has registered her displeasure about the law that requires an individual to get a permit before fixing a bad road in Ghana.

According to her, the law is flawed and must be reviewed as soon as possible because if the government is not willing to fix these roads, individuals who can afford must be given the chance.

She made this known in a recent post she made on her verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Instagram.

that she made reads;

“There’s this issue bothering me 4 sometime now.I’m told u need permit to fix a bad road anywhere in Ghana & u pay 4 the permit.My own money to fix the road to make movement easy & save all of us from visiting the mechanics everyday,I hv to pay for a permit b4 I can fix our deplorable roads?
And am told when u start without the permit they’ll come and stop u.Smh …. Cammon Ghana,we need to wise up.If we say we are moving to “E” everything,we must look at our basic amenities too.Who even made that law? Government isn’t fixing the roads with our taxes,we are not complaining,allow good citizens to help make our lives easier too u say no.This is evil.It’s a shame.That law must be amended or cancelled completely”
