Egypt played against Senegal in the first leg of their world cup qualifiers match, Egypt won the game with a 1-0 scoreline.
Senegal defender, Saliou Ciss scored an own goal in the 4th minute, and that was the goal that gave Egypt the win. I will now be doing an analysis of the two best players and two worst players during the match.
Two Best Players.
1. Mohamed Salah.
Mohamed Salah, who is the Egyptian captain, and also their best player, put up a very amazing and impressive performance to help his team to victory. He was the one that created the chance that led to the Egypt goal, as it was his shot which hit the post that bounced out for the Senegal player to score the own goal. He was one of the best players during the game.
2. Trezeguet.
Egyptian winger, Trezeguet was an attacking threat for the Senegal defenders, as he caused them many troubles during the match.
.
Two Worst Players.
1. Saliou Ciss.
It was Saliou Ciss that scored the own goal that gave Egypt the win, and if not for that own goal, Senegal might have at least gotten a draw from this game. He was one of the worst players.
2. Sadio Mane.
Mane didn’t really have a bad performance that much, but he was one of the worst players on pitch, as he got some good chances to score, but he missed them.
