Kennedy Agyapong has reacted to the car loan agreement which has been presented by the finance minister to parliament. The finance minister, Ken Ofori-Atta’s recent trend is concerning nothing but his recent car loan agreement petitioned before the Parliament House.
As the state of the country remains a questionable one with series of problems engulfing the economy on the regular, a car loan agreement was the least of the expectations of Ghanaians.
It is safe to say that as the economy is in this repair-demanding state, the government of Ghana should be finding ways and means to put it back together. But here is the case where these members of parliament are being pampered with cars which should not be the priority at the moment.
Speakimg today, many men in government and in politics have strongly opposed and have shared their opinions with Kennedy Agyapong playing his usual role as an advocate for progress and good governance. Kennedy Agyapong claims a government will thrive based on good decision making and this is why making such a decision is very critical and an important one.
One way to look at this from my point of view is that you should first ask yourself if this is going to be accepted and whether it’s what we need at the moment. How can you make such decisions during this time when chaos is all over the place concerning allegations and demonstrations against this government?- Kennedy revealed and stated that this definitely needs to be reviewed and even if it’s a necessity, then it can proceeded.
However, he was bent on stating emphatically that this might not help this government in these times. Even though this has not been taken lightly by Ghanaians and have descended on him for sometime now.
