On Sunday, 27th June 2021, the Accra Sports Stadium will witness one of the crunchiest football matches between Accra Hearts of Oaks and their arch-rivals, Kumasi Asante Kotoko. Accra Hearts of Oaks currently sits at the summit of the Ghana Premier league with Kumasi Asante Kotoko closely behind them.
It is believed that Kwame Eugene will perform at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday before the match kicks off. Kwame Eugene is said to have declared his support for one of the teams so, many Accra Hearts Oaks fans do not want him to perform before the match.
The Member of Parliament for the Ningo Prampram Constituency, Samuel Nartey George, has posted on his Twitter handle that Accra Hearts of Oaks belongs to the fans and the fans do not want Kwame Eugene to perform at their stadium on Sunday.
“Accra Hearts of Oak belongs to the fans. We say we do not want Kwami Eugene to perform at our stadium on Sunday. He can perform at Baba Yara before they leave Kumasi or perform on their team bus but at our Accra Sports Stadium, make them forget. End of discussion.” He tweeted.
