Samuel Adu Gyamfi popularly known as Sammy Gyamfi is a smart and outspoken Ghanaian lawyer, politician, and high ranking member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Sammy was born into a very rich family of the late famous Kumasi-based wealthy business mogul, Nana Kofi Genfi — who was described as the “hatman” in the 90s.
Sammy Gyamfi was born on Tuesday, March 28th, 1989.
The outspoken politician is today 32 years of age and will be 33 years come next year, 2022.

Sammy was born to Mr and Mrs. Gyamfi at Old Suame in Kumasi where he has lived most part of his life.
The young Ghanaian politician hails from Wamfie in the Bono Region of Ghana.

Sammy Gyamfi was born into a noble and rich family of the late famous business tycoon in the Ashanti Region, Nana Kofi Genfi who owned a fleet of luxurious cars and expensive hotels in Kumasi and beyond in the 90s.
Sammy’s mother is a caterer who is popularly known for her delicious fried rice catering services known as Pinaman’s Kitchen which is located close to their family owned hotel at Suame, Kumasi, which is known as “Hotel Swaggart”.
Interestingly, because Sammy Gyamfi was a “good boy”, he joined his mother’s business after writing his Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) exams and became a fried rice vendor.
His younger brother, Dr. Pastor Daniel Gyamfi is a pastor and a professional medical doctor who graduated with distinction from the University of Development Studies’ medical school in 2020.

Sammy Gyamfi has confirmed initial reports that he already has a son with an unnamed Ghanaian lady.
In an interview with Adakabre Frimpong Manso on Neat FM in Accra in 2020, the NDC’s National Communication Officer confirmed that he is a proud father of one.
Sammy Gyamfi added that he has a ‘tight’ relationship with his son who is ten years old.
He, however, did not disclose the name of his 9-year-old son.
