Coach of the Ghana’s U-23 male team Paa Kwesi Fabin has named his provisional squad for the upcoming friendly matches against Japan next month.
The coach named a 27-man squad who are set to begin camping for preparations ahead of the games against their opposition.
The former Aduana Stars coach named players who were part of the Under-20 winning team at 2021 CAF Africa Cup of Nations earlier this year in Mauritania.
As part of their preparations for the Tokyo Olympic Football Games this summer, the Japanese will take on Ghana’s Black Meteors on June 4 and June 8.
For the Meteors’ coach, the games will be an opportunity to take a look at his squad and assess the quality in his team ahead of upcoming assignments.
