ECG to cut off power supply to Ghana Water Company on 14 May

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has in a statement sighted by browngh.com informed the Ghana Water Company to watch out for power outages come Friday, May 14, 2021.

In the released statement signed by Micheal Baah, the regional manager, the Ghana Water Company in Koforidua will experience Dumsor this Friday.
The Regional Manager Ing Michael Baah in a letter sighted by thedistin.com has called to Ghana Water Company in Koforidua to be alert of Dumsor come this Friday.Meanwhile, they stated that the will be an available alternative in order to aid them power their plant but that won’t be enough as it will affect one of their major power stations.Read Also  Government makes ¢1.2 million payment to ECG and Ghana Water Company Limited  for free covid-19 relief

It is stated that the power outage will last for 8-9 hours (i.e) from 8 am to 5 pm.
