Controversial Gospel singer and self-acclaimed “The Nation’s Worshiper” Brother Sammy is beating his chest for winning the souls of artistes who are believed to be people belonging to the world for Christ.
Brother Sammy claims that, it took him to change these worldly folks like Lil Win, Guru and Kofi Nti with his collaboration with them to switch to the Temple.
Brother Sammy is one of Ghanaian Gospel singers who has cultivated the culture of featuring Hiplife artistes on his gospel songs.
His decision to feature these folks has severally landed him in criticisms especially people who believe Hiplife artiste do not deserve to be featured on Gospel music.
But speaking on Pure FM in an interview monitored by MyNewsGH, the “Nation’s Worshiper” bragged saying, his decision to feature these artistes on his songs has made a great change in their lives, indicating that, he comes close to them enabled him to convince them to change to church-going.
“Now I have been able to convince Lil Win to go to church because of the Gospel Music I did with him. He is now a singer in the church. Then again, the Rakia hit maker (Kofi Nti), for him, I have a worship song with him, which is yet to be released. I am luring him to bring them to God because I have realized they have huge followers”. Brother Sammy said, adding that, The same way I took Guru to church after our collaboration”.
He also has hinted of getting Sarkodie and Shatta Wale on another worship song to be able to get their followers get into church in order to change them.
