Ghanaian comedian, Funny Face has disclosed to Amansan Krakye on GBC Radio Central monitored by MyNewsGh that the reason why his ‘Animal Kingdom’ album initially had low sales was that people thought he would use the album proceeds to chase women with ‘big buttocks’.
“People were not buying my album initially but now by the grace of God the sales are gradually going up.
“The reason why people were not patronizing my Animal Kingdom album is that they said when they buy my album I will use the money to fool too much and chase women with heavy loaded buttocks”.
Funny Face recently took to social media to plead with Ghanaians to buy his album. His plea came after the album recorded no sales on the many digital stores the album was uploaded onto.
Born Benson Nana Yaw Boateng, Funny Face speaking in an exclusive virtual interview with Cape Coast’s finest radio presenter said his album is made up of 17 songs.
“On my album I did 8 songs for human beings and 8 songs concerning animals and one bonus track so in total I have 17 songs on my Animal Kingdom album”.
