President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has asked for a united front after the Parliamentary Primaries which comes off tomorrow June 20, 2020.
According to him, only a united front can help the Political party deliver on its mandate to the people of Ghana.
The President observed that on Saturday, there will be no losers and no winners but rather it’s the NPP that must emerge stronger from the elections united and victorious.
Akufo-Addo in a statement to the elephant family ahead of its primaries said it’s imperative that the NPP during the day demonstrate to Ghanaians that it is the Political Party with credentials of attachment to principles of democratic accountability.
He reminded contestants of the need to join hands in unity after the elections to advance the principles and ideals of the political party in realization that the it is the political party capable of transforming Ghana’s economy and nation in general.
The New Patriotic Party(NPP) will Saturday, June 20 elect Parliamentary candidates who will represent the party in December 2020 elections.
In all, 374 persons will battle for 101 seats in 15 regions of the country.
