Singer, Sista Afia has thrown in the towel in her “beef” with colleague Freda Rhymes.
Sista Afia attacked Freda Rhymes at the premises of TV3 for some lines she used in her diss song; an action which was condemned by Ghanaians who thought the “beef” should be lyrical and not physical.
Speaking on UTV Sista Afia noted that there is the need to end her problems with Freda.
According to her, she loves Freda Rhymes and will not want to continue to have a back and forth with her.
She used the opportunity to say sorry to Freda Rhymes for attacking her and called for an end to the confusion.
An emotional Sista Afia said “I promised myself that when I come on this show this is what I’m going to do. All the arguments, the back and forth, the physical whatever, Freda, I love Freda no matter what but there are some things she did I didn’t like and I’m a human being so people need to know that there are some things I will understand and some things i won’t understand.
That’s what I’m facing right now. I’m not going to sit here and lie, Freda is a very good artiste and I love her and I know she loves me too deep down in her heart. So I will take it upon myself to tell her that I’m sorry, I’m deeply sorry. She’s my sister and I think If I’m bold enough to say that I’m sorry, if she feels that she wants to apologize to me that your own time but I don’t want to go back and forth with you ever again. This is sad and this is bad because I don’t want to see myself on TV being angry so I really want to say I love”.
