Ghanaian Comedienne, Afia Schwarznegger has stated that the Ghana Police Service has not got the courage to apprehend the Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong for allegedly assaulting one of their colleagues.
She observed that the timidity of the police as contained in a release issued after the incident that took place at the North Campus of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) vindicates her long-held perception they are afraid of the controversial lawmaker who speaks his mind and sometimes step on toes and get away with it.
“They have slapped your colleague if not foolishness and cowardice all you say is that the Police Administration therefore takes a strong exception to the behaviour of Mr. Kennedy Agyapong who is a Member of Parliament and advises him to be mindful of his actions”, she observed.
According to the loudmouth radio personality, the police administration cannot do anything to the lawmaker taking into account the chronology of events.
“You have nothing to do to Kennedy Agyapong. Ghana Police service is afraid of him. You not squatting by your men as claimed. They have slapped one of you and instead of arresting the person you are out there speaking big grammar”, she averred.
