The Black stars of Ghana touched down in Kenya on Thursday night for the final leg of preparations before they take on the Harambee Stars on Saturday in a 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
Kwesi Appiah’s men opened camp in the Ethiopia’s Capital, Addis Ababa on Tuesday and spent 3 days in the East African country before making the short trip across to Nairobi.
Appiah now has a full strength squad to choose from following the late arrival of US-based defender Harrison Afful.
Inter Milan midfielder, Kwadwo Asamoah, who picked up a knock in training on Wednesday morning, has regained full fitness and traveled with the squad.
In pictures posted to the facebook page of assistant coach, Ibrahim Tanko, Asamoah could be seen smiling while the rest of his teammates in the photos looked generally in a good spirit.
Ghana play Kenya at 1pm on Saturday. They beat Ethiopia 5-0 in June 2017 to start their journey to Cameroon 2019.
