The heavily endowed dancer who was among over six-three (63) beautiful, plus-size women finalists for this year’s Di Asa held at the National Theatre who claimed the General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia was pestering her has lost in the ultimate prize of a Suzuki Super Carrier from the Suzuki Centre and a cash prize of GH¢3000.
She neither placed second nor third as one Akua placed second and took home a KIA Mini Truck (Abossey Okai macho) and a cash prize of GH¢2500 while Shasha who placed third took home a tricycle and a cash prize of GH¢2000 cedis.
Abi from Agbogloshie was adjudged the ultimate winner.
Anita prior to the final event which came off on Saturday, August 25, 2018 had told the audience of the show that her popularity has soared since she joined Di Asa and men, including General Mosquito, have been pestering her.
Anita, appearing on an Atinka TV interview review said: “Now my number is very busy. The number of complimentary cards I get I can’t even count. I heard General Mosquito is seriously looking for me…” Asked which General Mosquito, she said the popular one everyone knows.
But at the event which was graced by dignitaries, Anita was not among the top three despite her claims she was very popular and had a ‘bag’ of complimentary cards.
After a successful Season One, many Ghanaians called for Season Two which has been exciting with massive turnout for the auditions which took place across the country.
