Music duo, R2Bees have been signed on to international music distribution label, Universal Music Group.
Omar Sterling, a member of the group made the announcement on twitter.
“We’ve just finalized a deal with Universal for our Album SITE 15, this has caused the album to be pushed back a few weeks. We are sorry for the delay,” he tweeted.
R2Bees which comprises Omar Sterling (Paedae) and Mugeez has earned its place in the music space for the past year.
They have won several awards and nominations including the BET Awards nomination in 2013.
Last week, they announced their third studio album, ‘Site 15’ would be released this week.
However, they have to postpone the release due to the deal with Universal Music Group.
They have produced hit songs like ‘Life,’ ‘Love,’ ‘Lobi,’ ‘Plantain Chips’ and the current hit ‘We Dey Vibe.’
